Our Vision
Our vision for the future is to build and nurture lasting relationships and to work together, as a community, towards helping those who have fallen on hard times. We would like to be able to build and donate homes for those battered women and children who need a place where they can feel safe and comfortable. But for now we do what we can and donate our time and efforts to these local charities:

OUR MISSION
We are a local company looking to invest in properties, homes and neighborhoods through out Suffolk County, Long Island N.Y. We are not realtors and we do not charge fees! We simple contract to buy, rehab, hold ( for rentals), flip, and wholesale, single and multi family residential homes. We look to connect and work with other investors and cash buyers as well. We have a creative team as well as a creative financial team to help with any home or property situation.
